My husband will never admit he's a breast man, but when I was scheduled for a reduction, he talked me out of it and I canceled. Now that I don't have much to play with (there's more to it than them being small, but I prefer not to go into details), he's ok with the idea of me having surgery. Go figure.

I've also felt dozens of post op breasts before getting mine's done.
I felt some soft, some hard, so I did my research. Silicone is softer than saline, and feels great. My gels feel fantastic.
Saline is firmer but it shouldn't feel "hard". The main reason why implants may feel "hard" is a complication called capsular contracture, where a woman builds excess scar tissue around the implant. The implant is intact and normal, it's just that woman's scar tissue.
