I've been in a few competitions for both accuracy and volume back in my 4H days that paid cash prizes. So, I consider myself a professional

I felt way too dumb when I went to the Maker Faire. My sister and I were walking around and felt totally ditzy. We were like "what's an arduino?"

All of my computer programer/software developer friends were there.

I did like the make your own gummies and make your own soda kits. That was more my speed than the robotics. I did see a really cool 3d game prototype.

I like reading and writing and math...

I prefer reading older books though, my favorite author has always been Charles Dickens.
