Dont get me wrong some men can be shallow but I wont say all men are poor quality. Some ugly or even fat girls are good women, its real hard for some people to see the true beauty deep inside someonese thick skin. Sadly enough with all this narcissim, pretenciousness going on in this country, some women who are fat and ugly believe thier #$% is gold mine and they too have become picky.
I know "fat & ugly" women have no right to be picky only attractive women can be. What else is new?
I wasn't chewed up nor spat out when I lived in L.A. and later San Diego. I did find the women to be generally pretentious and superficial, but then I didn't have any interest in them. I prefer "real" people, and I found plenty of them. I had a good paying job, drove a new BMW and I'm extraordinarily good looking. Maybe that had something to do with my good fortune.

I don't know how good I look.. Other than a six pack and pretty eyes..
I will be paid a decent wage eventually... But my car will probably be a station wagon...
My house will probably be something small... with plenty of acreage...
okay fine if you disagree, but I stand by that statement.....And I do not think 'most' are coming from a good place either based on my own personal experience, that's so far off the map.
Anyways, that sound like what you're saying is 'people control their own destiny' stuff and I don't agree with that either. I do agree completely with most of the men overestimate what they bring to the table. They have champagne taste on a beer budget when they talk about what kinds of women they think they're 'entitled' to.
