Seems many guys do tell gals they're beautiful and much more (rape, sexual assault, groping, sexual harassment) regardless of if they can afford a lawsuit or a sexual harassment charge.
Seems more like lack of confidence, insecurity, or fear of rejection is more the case than lack of funds to afford a lawsuit/sexual harassment charge.
