It's official - we finalized it this morning!

Next on the list: look for an apartment this week and prepare to resume school this coming semester.

Weird mix of feeling excited/sad/in disbelief. I'm 27, feels like a sad end to the last 9 years of my life...aka, all of my adult life.

Good luck. There is far more ahead of you than behind you. Move forward. Do not dwell in the past.

I suspect you will find your life with a different person will be better and more enjoyable than you thought it might be. Right now you have to learn how to fall out of love, you will find it's a grieving process almost like a death. You will also find like any loss, time makes everything look better. You will no doubt see some of the mistakes you made in this first relationship, and that knowledge will make any new relationships you develop stronger. Good luck to you... My best advice is 'don't get in a hurry', at your age you have time to pick the right girl this time...

Yay...time for a Divorce Party!

They're way more fun than weddings!

You got married at 18? Aren't you in medical? Why are you going back to school?

You're the guy who looks kind of earthy, from the photo thread. And you told me I looked like *never mind*

Congrats, I guess. If you're happy, based on the exclamation point, then I guess I'm happy.
