I'm walking home from work and I see a guy unloading boxes from a truck and he accidentally dropped the box in front of me. He apologized and asks me if I was working hard all day(I was wearing my uniform). I say he looks like he's working hard right now. He laughs and then asks what my name was. I told him, but then I said I was in a hurry to catch the bus. But would any of you stop and talk and give this guy your number?

Sure, why not?

Sounds like a plot for an adult movie.

Need more info. Was he a UPS guy? Unloading the latest drug shipment from Mexico? Did his b*tt crack show when he bent over, or was he decent and respectable? Intelligent? Would you be interested in a delivery guy?

Are you second guessing yourself? Next time maybe you should talk a little longer if such a situation arises again. And next time, don't wait for him to ask for your number. Give it to him without prompting.

If you're gut doesn't tell you there's something wrong with the guy then why not? I met a BF that way..well, sort of. I was going to college and while waiting for the bus he just started talking to me asking if I went to so-and-so school because I looked familiar. I told him no but maybe he saw me on the campus since I did hang out there with friends who attended that college. He was tall, handsome and reminded me of a certain actor so I was smitten lol..gave him my phone # and when I got home later that night there was a message for me that he had called. We dated for about 6 months or so but it was fun while it lasted

Stop and talk - sure. Give my number, probably not, but I am a little cautious about giving out my personal information if I have only talked to someone for a few brief moments.

I am too shy under those circumstances and probably would not ask, but would maybe hope he'd ask me.

Some men won't ask. If you really were interested you should have asked for his. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. A lot of women refuse to do this. Big mistake. Those women miss out on a lot of good men with that mentality. Shy or not if we men can do it then you women can also.

Um no? Why would you just randomly give a guy your number when you met him like 14 seconds ago?

And women wonder why they get pounded and left so easily.

Yet many of you women expect a man to approach you and generate a conversation out of thin air. Nothing wrong with this lady giving her number to a guy she is interested in. Absolutely ridiculous to think otherwise.
