People on this thread seem to believe that bisexual = promiscuous. News flash: Bisexuals date, settle down, marry and have families with the person they fall in love with. Many are celibate for long periods. They are not all out there bonking anything that moves.
I think there's some degree of choice. Some people are just hardy bastards who get what they can with both genders. Extremely promiscuous people often play around with their own gender at least now and then, some of them. Well after 1,000 women I might want to try a bit of gay action lmao. Might get sick of women after THAT much.

It depends on what 'kind' of bi woman she was. Say what you will, but I think there is a connection between bisexuality and promiscuity (which does not mean that ALL bi people are promiscuous). There are studies that suggest that people who have a lot of partners are more likely to be bisexual. This goes especially for women, I think. And in the case of men at least i can somewhat understand if a woman didn't want to date a bi man, assuming she wasn't bi herself.
But the idea doesn't really appeal to me. What if she craved a bit of lesbian action? I guess it's easier to say 'well you could just watch/have a threesome' but i don't know if i'd be up for that in a regular RS.
If she was bi and could be fairly faithful to me, I guess so.

Technically, only penis-vagina sexual intercourse is 'sex', although anal sex is probably closer to the idea of sex than anything two women can do, whether that be oral, tribbing.etc.
There are some straight guys who will engage in oral sex and other things (usually more on the receiving end, because giving would make them a **********) who consider it less gay than full on anal.

Historically in many cultures men also had sex with other men and then married. Often they gave up the gay lifestyle, but their wives cared not for their history, for it was part of the culture (and this was before STD's were so rampant). I'm no expert but there seem to be fewer cultures where a man is allowed to take male lovers while he is married, I think Greece and Rome are the obvious ones (not all men did this). There seems less literature on lesbianism.

No.
sex/seks/Noun: (chiefly with reference to people) Sexual activity, including specifically sexual intercourse.
PIV (Penis-in-vagina) is not "the" definition of sex and having PIV sex is not anymore legitimate than oral, anal, fingering, tribbing, strap-on/pegging, or what-have-you. And if that is truly the case, then we have a hell of a lot of virgins running around this earth who don't even know it.
Maybe in the far past when sex was only for procreation can I believe PIV as synonymous with "sex", but we've moved on from the Victorian era. If it's with another person (or "persons") and the two of you call it sex, then it's sex.
