Tell us, Duck, from your superior avian perspective:

Why are chickens so picky?
What are L.A. chickens like?
Are foreign chickens better?
How do you find a chicken who doesn't cheat? Are they at all monogamous?
Do chickens truly like roosters, or do they secretly fantasize about those macho hawks?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Sometimes they make you so mad you want to choke the chicken.

Good questions there, Ruth. I also want to know:

Why American chickens don't like it when I complain about them.

Would you eat dark meat?

Do rooster calls offend anyone else but me?

Why is everyone so obsessed with legs, thighs, and breasts?

Why does decent chicken always cost so much?

Why is a rooster a stud if he has multipule partners, but if a hen does it.......?????

Keep in mind that with a chicken, you're not supposed to pull it out until it's at 325 degrees or hotter.

That's usually when I put it in.

I also try to keep it in as long as possible, without drying it out.

I'm actually pretty terrible at cooking, keep the tips coming :P. I can do an ok pesto linguine though, if I have good ingredients.
