Would you date a "Know it all"?

Or have you and how did you deal with them?

My husband doesn't need Google because he's got me

But seriously, I like someone educated and intelligent who thinks logically but I can't deal with someone who feels that they have the answers to everything and not only do they have the answer but they think that their answer is the ONLY right answer. I know lots of "know-it-all's" and I try not to waste much of my energy on them. That trait is a complete turn-off for me so no, I've never dated one.

I deal with know-it-alls 8 hours a day working in finance. I have no desire to come home to or date one.

Know-it-all-ism is a form of arrogance. I can't abide arrogance.

I know more than the average bear, but it's not something I whip out a lot, unless I'm playing trivia. Then I will crush the competition like bugs beneath the heels of my intellectual boots. Muahahahahahahaha!

Seriously, I like a guy who's got a brain in his head, someone who loves information just for the sake of knowing it. But if he spends his time and those IQ points correcting people, I'm gonna be highly turned off.

Ok I have been described as a know it all/walking encyclopedia......

I just know a lot of random factoids. But I don't going around spewing them out unless asked.

It is one of my endearing traits.

There is a thin line between knowing it all and implying everyone else knows nothing.

It is all a matter of how they present themeselves.

Its one thing to present a point of view that is well informed and is willing to have dialogue about it.

The other is everything they say is solid fact and everyone is to stupid know any better.

That applies to a lot of things and some people are guilty of it in some aspects of their lives.

Know it alls???

Not at all!!!

I've had my feel of know it alls. They are typically wrong about what they talk about. I just kick them to the curb, if they are even lucky.

They think their answer is the only right answer, then you find out that their answer is the only WRONG answer.

Know it alls will just lead you wrong.
