I've actually met pretty nice people from dating sites, if you don't include Craigslist. There just wasn't enough interest. I haven't gotten into an actual LTR online, but haven't needed to. I am interested in trying, because you can learn a lot about someone before meeting them. The biggest issue is chemistry. I would avoid craigslist, because that site is a weirdo magnet and you only get a paragraph of info anyway, so what's the point.
longest i dated online was 4 months. shortest was 1 meet which is pretty common. the guy i dated for 4 months made me his ebay partner so i made some money in the process too. lol
the guy im currently dating bought me an xbx and has repaired a broken xbox and modded it for me so i got 2 xbox as of now.
I met a lot of really cool girls on POF and OKCupid. I'd never actually pay.. but I had a good time while it lasted.
The girlfriend I have now I met online, she's damn good looking and not crazy(yeah right they all are). I would say, comparing the dates from online vs dates that I've picked up in person.. the online dates went better. I signed up from POF and was receiving about 5-10 messages per day and had around 10 dates within a span of 2 months.
I never had one girl online cancel, only one reschedule. Which is much better than when I pick up women either at a bar (not taking them home) or out and about at school or wherever.
Well I guess I get dates off Facebook all the time since my wife is my friend.
The hottest woman on my Facebook other than that is my step sister. It makes me feel creepy to even say that. A couple of my wife's friends are pretty hit but trying to get dates with them could be a bad idea.
