Every guy I've had complain there are no available gals has shut it when I've shown him there are. It seems often 'there's no available gals' means in guyspeak 'there's no young hot gals who want me for me (don't judge me by the same standards I judge them)'.
I like to meet women too young for me , married women and women not at all interested in marriage and don't horse around.
These have no hidden ajenda,we can talk and be good friends,and feelings arnt hurt so easily.
Single women that I encounter, out side the afore mentioned, have only marriage in their mind and tend to say any thing, agree to almost any thing for approval, they are shallow and tend to be significantly interested in money/assets . When asked why they were devorced ,it was out of bordum not infadelity.
That by far is the most giant red flag a man with intelligence, must pay close attention to . If a man has been horsing around behind his wife's back , it makes you wonder what drove him to it .
Many men I know have married premarried & divorced women, only to find out later the previous husband didnt cheat , she simply got bord, and it was happening all over again.
I lived in a very small town , and it was no laughing matter when a new guy at work is sharing with others his family pictures and one of the other men says , "I use to be married to her ."
The biggest issue is the fantasy world both sexes manufacture, and are angry when it doesn't work out .
If women could learn to be friends with men like they are with one another a great many problems would be solved .
These false mysteries and fantasies are stupid and in the end distructive.
Things arn't going to change , no one listens any way .
She divorces due to boredom- red flag.
She divorces due to infidelity- red flag because what drove him to cheat.
Perhaps you're just biased against divorcees.

In my opinion it's guys who need to learn to be friends with gals. Gals have learned to be friends with guys and in return they get complaints of the 'friendzone' and how he's being used as an emotional tampon because she talked to him about her feelings without spreading her legs in exchange. In my opinion guys are the hindrance in opposite sex friendships as it seems most guys see no reason to befriend a gal unless they can bust a nut inside her, bust a nut inside her friends, or use her to attract other gals they can bust a nut inside.
I cant speak for other men but I'll take a 7 or 8 over a 10 any day. I actually prefer "ordinary" looking women over ones that are really really hot. When it comes to looks all I look for are nice eyes and good teeth. The rest is all about character, intelligence and most important, how sweet, calm and easygoing they are. NO UPTIGHT, STRESSED OUT MICROMANAGING TYPE - A's. You know who you are. And no fat chicks.
This actually proves the OP's point. A lot of girls aren't even 7 or 8 and a lot are fat too. So you want a girl who's cute, smart, has good character, and is sweet and calm. Guess what? We all want that. I'm not picking on you since I desire the same, actually more. The girl who's below average looking, out of shape, and is pretty dumb? Well, she might be available, but not too many guys knocking on her door.

A friend that I once had, and I, called this "P.S. No fatties" syndrome.
We coined the term from Craigslist "Men seeking Women" ads. We found it hilarious that the men had laundry lists of desired characteristics - like yours, only longer - and then would end the ad with "P.S. NO FATTIES!" I know that it's due to a lot of stock being placed on "hotness". Dating someone physically desirable = status.
I also know that there is a metric **** ton of fat hatred, and that fat people are shunned. A fat woman may have a beautiful face and meet all the desired characteristics, but she's automatically written off as "gross" or "disgusting" before she even has an opportunity to date someone. Yet, how often do you see fat people complain about "having no availabilities" for dating? And if ever there are complaints, how often are they taken seriously?
This, and the points raised in the original post, are why I laugh whenever I read the multitude of posts here about women being "unavailable" or "taken" or any other complaints lodged.

That is why I'm a bit unsure on why he seems to think a 7 or 8 is an ordinary looking gal. That is also why it seems most guys have quite a high standard on what is average/ordinary.
To the OP, it should be noted that, and this is my personal belief, there is someone out there for everyone regardless of looks, intelligence, income, addiction tendencies etc...
