I did a post about girls driving expensive cars. What about girls carrying expensive purses ($500-$2000/purse) What do you think about it?

I'm a girl who has an expensive taste. I have a collection of expensive purses ( LV, Gucci, Burberry, Coach, Dooney). I have tons of them like over 30. I have an expensive taste when it comes to clothing and shoes too.I have over 30 pairs of shoes. I wear designer expensive jeans. I get compliments alot for being fashionable and having a good taste. I think a nice outfit is not complete without a high quality expensive purse. I work hard and it's my way of rewarding myself.

Guys, would you date someone who is into high quality expensive stuff? When you see a girl carrying an expensive purse, what do you think about her?

I doubt they think anything other than "Why is she carrying that ugly bag with letters all over it?"

I kid. Sort of.

The majority of men wouldn't know an expensive bag if they were hit with it.

I think a guy should be concerned with the woman's ability to pay for those expensive things. If she is a 30k/year secretary then just how does she pay for all of that Louis and Gucci? I have designer bags (don't like Louis though...hate logos) but I have paid for them myself.

And for me, as a lady who carries purses, unless the bag has the ugly letters all over it, I have no idea what brand it is or how much it cost. (And even then, it could be a knockoff that she bought in a subway station.)

Well I am fashion blind if its a nice purse its a nice purse to me. Same with the car thing its a nice car to me because I am not a car person.

I wouldn't mind dating a girl who wears expensive stuff but it might not last long since I tend to dress like a peasant.

Honestly no.

That is not my lifestyle. This is a compatibility issue in the least offensive terms. I'm a guy who is frugal (out of necessity) and looks for value and utility when purchasing anything. It just wont work with me and an expensive girl.

lol

I have no idea what company made your purse. I wouldn't care about that either.

As long as it's not the size of a duffle bag(my ex had some huge bags...) I'm not going to worry about how much money you purse cost.

What's with all the posts about guys' opinions of expensive stuff?

Also: no one cares about your purse.

I wouldn't have a clue how to tell the difference between a genuine and a fake, nor would I recognise a name as being a designer one either.

You may as well be carrying your money in a sock for all the notice i'd pay to it.
