The other guy had it right though -- the couple in the movie are nothing but back and forth drama, but again the movie is good. They are separated by various circumstances (even moved on to other people) but love and/or fate pull them back together and their love rekindles as if it never fell apart.
Lol, at least some of them are, I guess.

It's my best friend's favorite movie, he's must've seen it about 80 times and of course owns the DVD, with absolutely no shame in his game.

Hmmm...while I guess the storyline and plot were quite entertaining, I never really could relate to "The Notebook" that much, from an emotional perspective Neither the female nor the male lead characters seemed to be particularly caring and compassionate or especially nice people, IMO. Really so far the only Nicholas Sparks-based movie that I truly enjoyed or liked on an emotional level was "A Walk to Remember".

Not this one. My mom does, though. You two would probably get along swimmingly.

I work in a Nursing home in North Jersey, and there is a couple there that remind me of the movie, "The Notebook". When I come in the morning to check up on them, they're in bed together ... they're like glue during the day ... they move me.

I said last week, "you 2 remind me of The Notebook. They never heard of it ...

THERE'S HOPE!

You should have them watch the movie! Maybe they'd like it and be even more attached.

I've also been told I look like Rachel McAdams, but never thought it was a great compliment. Hmm. On the other hand, Gosling.... *drools*
