Summer and since summer lasts about 9 months in FL, just about all the time
Yeah, something about turquoise water and palm trees brings on horniness. But, in CA, there is no turquoise water, although there are palm trees, and people are still horny all the time.
I'd probably say that for most physical people, it's the 2 extremes: summer, when there's a lot a skin showing, and winter, when it's cold and people have to stay indoors more.
For most cerebral people, it's another set of extremes: fall, when autumn colors are peaking and it's romantic, and spring, when everything is reborn.

..Or Malaysian tropical weather, where every day is a sweltering 37 degrees Celsius and near 100% humidity. Which is why if you visit, all the white collar office working locals are whiter then the mat salleh (white) visitors, because we hang around inside all day and soak up the aircon. So for me it isn't really a question of season but of the night day cycle, at least it was back home.
