Well most are surprised when I state that I've never drank alcohol or smoked anything. Needless to say, I've never used any illicit drugs (and rarely prescription drugs). It's more or less a personal choice, but due to the circumstances, it limits who I associate with, whereby reducing my social interactions with guys.
I'm currently single because of multiple reasons. Main reasons being I'm trying to change myself and there's a HUGE drug problem in this area, the "dating" crowd ain't exactly pretty, and I swear this area is the old people capital of the world, right behind Florida.

For me it's probably the bad combination of being a little pickier than average, not having a ton of opportunity to interact with the type of women I do find intriguing, and refusing to participate in the s h i t-show of online dating.
I see a lot of women at the gym that look interesting but haven't quite mastered the art of flirting in that environment. I see other guys (usually older) who are total naturals at it though.

Sure. It's also like super densely populated for a small island. Billions of people living in super small apartments and are like the most conservative people on the planet. When they buy something, it's for the entire family, cash only, shared by the ENTIRE family and it'll last them for 30+ years or longer.
I'm single because I'm unattractive, I have physical deformities and I'm into hobbies that most men don't find attractive in a potential girlfriend/wife.
It's not a big deal, 152s are much easier to deal with than men
