My SO's family has family friends whose kids are all the same age. Their daughter and my SO (before we got together) had sex. Obviously it didn't work out, but it is really weird for everyone involved. Her mother doesn't like me because she always dreamed that her daughter would marry my SO.
Just family friends is awkard enough, I could not sleep with a step sibling. How could you hide it? What if you were caught? What if you broke up? Too much drama. Sex, especially bad sex (considering they are 16/17 I'm assuming they would be pretty new and not that great at sex) is not worth all that drama. Thanks, but not thanks. lol I'm a 20 year old female.
I didn't lose my virginity until I was almost 21, so no, I would not sleep with my new step-brother. Especially not at the age of 16 or 17. IMO that would be way too soon for sex (for me or anyone in my family).
Otherwise, if I am not related by blood and we weren't raised from childhood as siblings, AND... if we were at least in our 20's... then I would consider dating him if I found him attractive and we got along really great.
Well you know Greg and Marsha Brady did. Anyway, young people not blood related thrown in the same house together, I can see it happening.
