I think 'bad' people of either gender are just drama queens/kings. They have to attract attention wherever they go by doing and saying things that are out of the ordinary. They create emotion wherever they go which tends to attract other dramatic people to them.
'Nice' people tend to ignore drama and not react to it, therefore they are ignored more often.

I suppose you could say that. I've known my share of bad girls and bad boys in my life and they really just aren't worth my time. They were funny growing up, but as an adult it's kind of sad.
I think a bad man or woman doesn't know their limits. They can be very dangerous. Never had responsibilties. My sister in law's brother is like this. Just frid a huge tree fell and it brought down a powerline. The idiot ran his car under the tree and it could of collapse on him. Or he could of got electrocuted. I called the fire department.
What exactly makes a person "bad"? What qualities must you posess for a girl or guy to be labled as "bad".
Do laws have to be broken?
What makes "bad" girls and guys any different from the "nice" crowd?
It depends on who you ask.
But generally "bad" guys and girls are more bold and assertive in most cases. The "nice" people are just repressed.
