Man some guy pulled a gun on the crowd at the "Mardis Gras related celebrations even though it's not Fat Tuesday" and the cops killed him! Glad I left early. Anyway, shower time! I guess we are going out
Wanna know one of my dealbreakers on a date? If I see her face illuminated in the glow of a cell phone more than a few times shes on her last date with me.
Not that I'm even sure how I can get dates. On the Valentines Day thread I have been pretty much exposed as a cruel unthinking bastard who is too cheap to pony up for a box of chocolates. Or so says my hate reppers. And Sixy.
I didn't call you cheap!
But...if I am seeing someone every weekend for a month a small token would be nice.

I don't turn my phone off at dinner...never know when the kids are going to burn the house down, but I don't take my phone out unless it rings. HE is always playing on his phone ...drives me nuts.
Let's say you have plans to go out with your girlfriend, and you are literally getting dressed to go when a buddy calls at the last minute with an extra ticket to the hockey game. What do you do?

It would depend on where the seats are.
Good seats..."sorry hon, can't hang tonight"
Bad seats..."sorry dude, can't hang tonight"
