What a bunch of Debbie Downer buzzkills you guys are...

Chances are this woman is just flirting to try to get a rise out of someone other than her husband, so she can feel attractive again. But if she wants something more, then it's up to her to broach the subject to the OP. All you guys with your high moral standards, it's all a bunch of hooey that will go out the window if that woman whispers in his ear "Take me to your apartment after work so we can fu@k." 95% of the men on this board would go for it if they were single. The other 5% are lying...

As far as sexual harrassment goes, The OP didn't give us any reason to believe that they are in a superior-subordinate relationship at work. And I have told the OP several times, SHE must make the first moves, not him.

As for gtting sued for sex harrassment, no one gets sued for saying "Nice hat." You get sued for saying "Nice shoes. They really make your legs look good." Keep your compliments to yourself, there's no cause to be complimenting anyone at work concerning their clothing or looks. I thought that was a given for any man - guess I was wrong.

Speak for yourself. I'm single and wouldn't touch a married women. It's called having self control. Practice it or you might be looking at the end of a gun barrel wishing you did.

A local man around here hired a private detective because he suspected his wife was cheating on him. She was. So the husband caught them one day behind a gas station and shot the guy three times in the chest with his wife sitting in the passenger seat. This happened last week.

Not worth it bud. You never know whos paying attention to you.

I see we have a card-carrying member of the other 5% here.

Or you could move away from North Carolina to a place not filled with rednecks who address marital issues with shotguns.

I'd say heck no because:

1) You work with her

2) SHE'S MARRIED

Sorry but can't hang around with married women.

I had a bad experience with this girl I worked with. I was 28. She was 35 married to a 65 year old. I was still fresh to this company. She had been there for over 10 years. We worked in same building but different area/department. I already been hearing naughty stories about her within the company. Anyways, she was the first to approach me and talk to me one day we crossed paths. After that, every time we came across each other she would strike a conversation or say hi first since I was a shy quiet type. One day we accidently became friends on facebook. So we slowly started talking on facebook. Eventually started talking everyday on facebook. We even secretly messaged each other during every lunch. We eventually exchanged numbers and than even hanged out. But things got bad. I don't want to get to any details. she stopped talking to me. husband knows. And here I am now unemployed lol.

So much fail. You don't accidentally become Facebook friends, that was deliberate.

And what is funny about losing your job? Hopefully this is one of those life lessons you won't repeat in the future.
