No, they aren't rare at all, but those feelings are reserved for people we have relationships with, have accomplished something worthy of admiration.

You are not her friend, acquaintance, nothing. You have no right to expect anything from her, or anyone, let alone someone who has made it abundantly clear they don't like you. She doesn't consider you at all, she never will. She doesn't think about you, other than when she sees you and is displeased and avoidant.

Move.on.with.your.life and stay away from her.
