I too know many Catholic families and none of the wives submit. In fact quite a few say that the wife is the head not them. So I don't know what Catholic families you talk to because most of these are pretty conservative as well. No, my husband wouldn't be the head it would depend on the situation.

There are a lot of never married men on the site and a few I know for a fact are that way. Oh sure there are men there that lie about that but it happens everywhere.
