This guy is worried about psychological problems.

The title implies he is ALWAYS unable to get an erection, and his lack of medical attention to the problem shows he really doesn't care too much.

Maybe you should pay more attention to the content of the post than the title?

Because he clearly said "this has never happened to me before" and later "Anyways this happened just once".
