Assuming both people are average size, Queen sized bed is my favorite size. I know a a few married couples who have a California king sized bed. Seems so big.

Do I have a question? Oh, right, I guess you can tell me what size bed you have.

We have a queen sized bed, because that's what fits in our room. There's no way we could squeeze a king size in the room. Oooooh boy do I enjoy hotel stays with humongous beds though! Cuddle time in the middle, then flip over for a good night's uninterrupted sleep!

California king, but we're tall. If we could have a custom bed, we'd go bigger.

We have a queen, but when we travel and get a king-sized bed we really do sleep better. So much room!

Okay, question....

Does anyone like cuddling all night long? Now that I think about it, I don't know anyone who likes that.

We have one of every size

King's are great when one of you is sick and needs a little extra space apart, but doesn't want to be in another room.

We have a king, but our next bed will be a queen. King is too big for us; too much empty space.

During our marriage we have slept on double, queen and now have a king size bed. I wouldn't have a smaller bed now. My dh tends to sprawl when he sleeps and I usually end up sleeping on a tiny little bit of the bed this way, he can sprawl to his heart's content and I have plenty of room.

Also, we have cats, and they take up space.

Queen.

However, I wonder how many couples switch to King when the woman starts having night sweats.

Queen here, no room for a King and other furniture to fit nicely. I radiate a lot of heat when I sleep, so cuddling doesn't work so well but I like sleeping with our backs up against each other.
