I've seen the old "must be compensating" comment mentioned a few times and while it's an oft mentioned thing where does it come from? It's an allegorical comment one would assume?
Anyway, if true it makes me wonder about my penis.. So, it's high, wide, narrow, low, short or long depending on what i'm driving? Or does the act of owning a large powerful car mean that regardless of the fact I also own a small powerless car I have a small dick? Or does owning a very small car mean my wanger is mahoosive no matter what else I own?
My boyfriend drives a 13 year old car and he's sexy as hell. I don't care whatsoever, and whether or not we take his car or mine is a matter of convenience. I personally prefer not driving my 2011 car, I'd rather be chauffeured!
He'll drive it until it's broken down, and then replace it with a nice 2-3 year old used vehicle. I think it's smart for him. He can afford much better, but it really doesn't make sense. More money for us to invest together for our future.
Sure, nice cars are fun and all, but it would never be a dealbreaker/dealmaker for me. Too shallow. I'm young, but I've been through enough in life to know our material possessions can be taken from us very quickly. The more value we place on our things, the more they run our lives. I enjoy freedom from that way of thinking.

You're only 'compensating' because you have a sense of style. A sense of what's cool and what isn't. It makes their 'limp' noodle SOs look bad.

Hmm....if my 21 year old Jeep represents mine, then it means your in for a bumpy ride that will take you somewhere you've never been able to get to with other "vehicles". lol
