My thoughts are that they are both of extremely low moral character if it is deceptive to other spouse. If it is an open marriage or polygamous marriage, I do not understand it.

I would not do it in the first place. If you are dating a married woman with kids, You should not be. This is trouble with a capital T. Find a single woman. Nuff said.

I would tell her to marry me instead and let her make her decision. If she decided to stay married, then I would accept it and go on with my life without her in it anymore.
