You don't need to store naked picture...Get rid of them and depend on your memory. Any person with any sense should understand that once you digitize a private image it is going to eventually get into the hands of people who might compromise your dignity.
We have a winner! That is absolutely brilliant! Those are really the only viewers I am worried about. They will run from a file labeled "Nake Pics of Mom and Dad!" I am getting a sharpie and a manila envelope now.
Why didn't I think of this? This forum is so helpful!
While this might repel your kids it may not repel your kid's friends....especially when they hit puberty (assuming they haven't).......and especially if they think you or your husband are hot.

My, my, my, have you ever thought that some people have physical photographs that can be kept off the digital world and securely in your private hands?
How about using Adobe Photoshop to make the digital images more PG-13 and less R (or XXX?).
A blur tool or pixelate tool can modify the parts of the image (no pun intended) you would be embarrassed to show.
Personally, I wouldn't recommend saving naked pictures, since there is always a possibility of someone finding them, and posting them online or emailing them, which could be very embarrassing for you and your husband.

Things can be kept secure on private property, ya know?

Nothing wrong with naked pictures - it depends what you are doing in those pictures and with whom. As for old fashioned photos on paper...When you pass away someone will go through your things and say...."I had no idea that uncle George was so dysfunctional and kinky.
take them when needed and then dispose of them.
why are we keeping them around? vanity?
ive seen more then enough scorned SO's throw up Ex's nudes either on the internet or "between friends" to know its not about where you hide them, but with whom you hide them with. unless you took them all alone, someone is going to know they exists
(Disclaimer: Yes, another lighthearted thread from me, so stop reading if you are looking for something more serious.)
So we have some great naked photos of us... My hubby has been keeping them hidden in his top dresser drawer. But I am getting worried one of the kids will somehow stumble upon them. Once my cousin was scrolling through my digital camera and briefly saw one before I grabbed the camera! So I have since deleted all digital evidence and only keep prints.
So where is the best place to store photos for secrecy and longevity, but ease of access? Should I just get a lockbox for them? I think I want to keep them forever. Our bodies look great in the photos and it would be fun to reminisce about it when we are 80 years old.
No matter what the reason you took them is, if you do not take them in the first place you would have no need to hide them anywhere. Don't forget after you are 80 and gone your children are probably going to see them as they are going through your things and hopefully they will find them BEFORE that box is donated to the local Salvation Army.
don't store em online you never know what pervs looking at em lmao
