Didn't vote in poll bc. I need an in-between option (dating isn't an all-or-nothing proposition/status).
Just barely had my first boyfriend (person with whom I went on dates) the last month before graduation from h.s.
So, technically, yes, I dated in h.s. but not until the very end-all those years before then, I couldn't get male attention in the least.

Prom was probably the closest thing to a real "date" I did in high school. I was a little awkward/a bit of a late bloomer, but remember it fondly. I do feel bad for all the smart ass remarks I made to my English teachers... I miss the lights and our playoff run that was cut short

I had a bunch of "mini" boyfriends, a few scattered dates, and one serious relationship.

I didn't date at all until college. I had a big group of girl friends in high school, and we all just hung out with each other.

Being the youngest in my class, I didn't turn 16 and get a driver's license until my junior year, so I didn't date until then. Even then I was a little shy and lacked confidence around girls and didn't really start dating until the very end of my junior year. From then on, yes. I was "going steady" throughout my senior year.

No way. I never dated, didn't go to school dances, nothing remotely like that. I was a bookworm and a band geek. (I always chuckle to myself when manosphere types claim people like me was too busy dating bad boys and squandered my youth... I didn't date at all!)
