Thanks. Anything else I can roll with.

Of course, this is all a result of self-discovery and in hindsight as my ex-wife has a few of these flaws.

Dishonest?

Disrespectful?

Domineering?

Delusional?

Devious?

Yeah...people who are anti-kids? Not for me. I'm not a parent, but I work with youth, probably always will, and kids are very important to me, so that would be a major issue. Anybody who's irritated by kids, finds them distasteful, etc. is not likely to be "my" type.

I think this is the key. There's no flaw I could highlight as acceptable if it's taken out of the context of the individual man I'm dating. If I ever find someone I want to be with, I just accept that they are going to be flawed. The question is whether the whole package outweights whatever those flaws amount to.

Although I have to say, I don't know if I'd be able to overlook a guy who chewed with his mouth open. Not to the extent of an uncle of mine who would freak out if he ever saw food being chewed in someone's mouth (holy issues, Batman!) but just if someone did that on a regular basis, I'd probably have a hard time getting over it even if they were otherwise perfect
