Yesterday, I was going through my Facebook newsfeed when I saw a pic of my ex-gf. She had a self-pic of herself wearing a mossy oak hat of my alma mater. I made the comment, "nice hat." She replied back that it's one of her favorite hat. Now it's her main profile pic.
I know what y'all are going to say about having exes on Facebook, but her and I remained friends. The only reason we broke up is because she moved to another part of the state, and I'm in the process of moving further away. Even if we were in the same area I would have no intention on getting back with her; we're don't make good LTR material, as we have different expectations of a relationship.
With that said, am I reading too much into her moves on Facebook?
Whenever you have to ask yourself this question, the answer is yes.
Now, let me read your drivel....and respond with some of my own...
Ah...just as I suspected...
She probably only put it up because you (as in, someone from her past, a friend) liked it, which in her mind validates it as a "good photo". It means she respects your opinion enough to have it represent her likeness.
What it doesn't mean is that you're getting back into her pants...
It could mean she's thinking of you...but it is just as likely she thinks that hat makes her look particularly cute and that's why it's her favorite.
^^^ That's my guess.
