What about people with cronically bad luck? I do believe that is a "thing". I don't believe that life is a level/even playing field.
I believe that while life is not an even playing field, we all have our own choices to make given where we are in life. Even inaction is a choice.
IMO, chronic bad luck is something you're bringing onto yourself, whether consciously or subconsciously. You're not an innocent bystander to the things that happen to you in life.

We do have some control but the older I get the more that I see how that control is limited. At this point I would say that success is 80% luck and 20% work. Work without luck is dead.
I just don't even see the point in dating if there is so much competition. How can a guy get a girl when so many men are fighting for her attention?
idk, OP--what's the point of rolling out of bed in the morning?
Go for the women who don't have so many men fighting for their attention. Simple.
OP? Are you there?
