Just a quick update, some of which may be good for a chuckle:

As most of you know, I moved 600 miles back home after the breakup of my LTR. I have a different car, a new job, and just got pre-approved for a home.

Now the chuckle part . . . a young woman that I work with suggested fixing me up with her dad!!! She went on and on about what a good man he is, how he will do anything for anyone, how he loves his grandson, how much she likes me, blah, blah, blah. LOL Can you believe it?? I told her that I wasn't ready for that yet, but thanked her for "passing your dad off without him being aware of it". LOL

Well, it's a nice gesture on her part.

One of the first women to contact me after I joined one of the dating websites was a 27 YO very attractive young lady. I thanked her but said our 30 year age difference was way too much.

She emailed back that she was looking for her mom who was just separated but too nervous about going online. I went out with mom once but she wasn't ready to date.

Nice compliment that the cute daughter picked me.

Best of luck

She must really like you, to suggest you go out with her dad...it's a compliment.
