Well if you weren't talking about sex or anything, then it's safe to assume she's really REALLY comfortable with her sexuality. That in itself is not a bad thing, but it might mean she's not really interested in a relationship. You should do all that you can to find out what her intentions with you are, and then ask yourself if you're truly okay with that.
Hard to imagine a girl like this being relationship material, though. I'd take it slow with her.
