No, I wouldn't date her. People that work swing shift will be gone working night after night. Unless you also work that shift, you are left at home by yourself or have to visit her at her place of work. If you like to hang out in bars or lounges that may work for awhile, but it gets old. It is very difficult to have a relationship with a swing shift worker, and if she is doing it just to make extra money, to me that would be a red flag.
Would you date a woman who cocktails in a strip club? Cocktails/waitressing only, no stripping. Even if she held a professional day job, has a college education and wanted to do this for supplemental income? Reasons why you would/would not.
