I cant understand that if this person sent me a message on one site and I ignored her, why send me another message on a different site?

Yes, there is this one guy who keeps hitting me up on all the free dating sites, he always asks me the same dopey question, "Are you interested in learning about safe, adult fun?" Dating sites with a membership fee might discourage some of the crazy folks.
Yes, only it was a guy I was interested in. He was a flake because we chatted for awhile on one site then he started hinting about meeting then said he was getting bored with me. No biggie but a few months later reappeared and hinted about us meeting for a date and me paying for the date. Told him no I don't pay for a date and a first meeting is always short and cheap (like a soda). He disappeared then came back a few months later claiming to want to meet but kept hemming and hawing and I told him I would meet him but he needed to set up a date. He disappeared again then on POF sent me a message like we had never spoken before. Very weird. I'm not even sure what his agenda was except because he was good looking (or at least according to the photo)he thought he could use me for something.
