Thought we could use a little break from the usual threads about PUA, short men, chubby women, single moms, everyone being a broken/ruined/failed human being, and the other frequent-flyer topics.
What are the little things that make you feel loved and special, when you're in a relationship? The simple things, the inexpensive things, the little 'just because' things?
* My BF and I work at the same company, although in different departments. When I'm having a truly crazy day (back to back meetings, spending all day putting out fires) he will often run by my office with a caramel macchiato. It's always makes my day a little bit better.
* When we get carry-out Chinese food, he always asks them for extra fortune cookies, since he knows I love them. (Childhood fascination with them, I never grew out of it.) I'm still not sure how he picked up on this!
my woman will rub my feet when i get home and assume position,
then make dinner-all without being asked...
sometimes she will answer the door, wearing just whipped cream
She provides the little things in addition to the big important things. From buying my favorite snacks to ones she even thinks I will like. Anything small I need from socks to hair gel she is always thinking of me. Just last month I was coming from my best friends house which is a 5 minute walk from her house. I told her I was on my way and it was drizzling out. She ran out with an umbrella and met me up the block!
Lately, my husband brings me home chocolate covered gummy bears whenever I run out of them! And he tells me how beautiful I am even though I'm getting bigger and bigger everyday (not because of the chocolate covered gummy bears - it's unavoidable right now!)!

Such a nice idea for a thread!
My husband comes in from working outside in the yard or vegetable garden with flower bouquets he makes from many of the wildflowers around our home. It's always so sweet the way he takes time to arrange them in a vase, or wine bottle!, and leaves them for me to find
He makes me breakfast and lunch every day to keep me eating healthily. He is still madly attracted to me. He makes these eyes at me. He is a fantastic father to our children. He loves to make us happy and do fun things with us. He will try to listen to ANYTHING from me. He is, in short, the most wonderful man in the world!
