This is a good question. Because unjust suspicion can kill a great relationship. It's not fair to her.

So...what about you? Would you be tempted to hang out with an old flame? Might some of these suspicions be coming up due to knowing your own nature? (Sometimes that's the way it works. It's the cheaters who accuse their SO of cheating, just saying.) If not, then it's more garden-variety insecurity.

I think you're right, not that I'm a cheater or anything.. I've never cheated on a girlfriend before. However, I am not able to be too close to women without anything sexual. I could never just spend all kinds of time with a girl and not be looking for something more. I guess a lot of my suspicions do arise from my own nature, although I've never acted upon them.. I've been in some situations that have been really hard getting out of.

When you're 100% committed to someone, and they to you, those situations should become a little easier to get out of. Because you realize you don't want to mess up a really good thing.
