I'd say no... that would be kind of creepy (any man pulling up and telling me to hop in a car would unless I knew him already and was pretty sure the guy was just joking around).
Most women don't operate that way b/c they're not made that way unless they make a living doing stuff like that. We're a bit slower on the uptake. Now if the man were to approach a woman and chat her up first and then ease her out the door, that would be a different story. Besides, he's too young for me.
