Perhaps not very politically correct for me to say, but most women would find you intimidating. I know Navy Seal and force recon average height and weight is 6 feet and only 185lb. Their body fat is around 6-13%.
They are able to push out at least 75-80 push ups without rest and around 100 situps. They can be able to complete the 14 mile run evolution in 3rd phase of BUD/s while wearing 100 pounds of gear. So maybe you should stop trying to get bigger and bigger, it is not necessarily healthy for you.

I am around 6' and around 180 (I might be lighter) My body fat however is a little higher than average and I suppose if I really kicked myself in the ass, I would put out around 75-80 push ups. The other stuff they do is a little beyond me, though.
Because the rage can come out when you least expect it and in an explosive manner. That is symptomatic of someone with anger management issues. You don't save anger for "future use" - unless you want to die of a heart attack or stroke before your time is up. Those stress hormones are circulating around until you summon the release? Seriously, you must have high blood pressure, be type A and just waiting to explode. The anger shows right through, that is why you aren't getting dates. They can read the sign. How old are you?
On that page, at least, I like the 15% best for the man. Strong, but not veiny or lumpy. That torso is actually pretty lickin' perfect, goodness. *fans self* I like the 30% for the gal, but she's very curvy and feminine. If that 30% were all in the stomach, she'd look much different. I'm aiming for the 20-22%, but I don't know if it's going to happen. Actually looking into Insanity to get me there.
On that page at least, 10-12% & 15% body fat looks kind of nice on men. (based on photos only)
15-17% looks good on that particular woman (based on photos only), although the 25% looks kind of nice too.
I grew up around angry drunk people. If I ever tried to disagree with them I got beaten to a pulp. The thing I learned living with them is to not resist or fight back. Getting angry only makes them more angry.
One day my father was searching for a new wine opener and threw a hysterical fit. I suggested using the older wine opener that we had but that made him very, very pissed off for some reason. If I said anything more, I probably would have been knifed back then, given that this was in the kitchen. I think I saw the face of the devil back then.
These aren't the people you want to show anger to.
I could've called the police, but I knew enough about him and domestic abuse that if the police didn't do anything about it, which was likely the case, or if he ever got out of prison, that would be the end of me. Thus I told my self I would never show anger to the world again.

I've lived in that kind of situation. They were right even if they were wrong. If you so much as half-assed disagreed with them, you were in the hospital.
That said, you still need a release, unless you are living a much better life.

What everybody here needs to understand is that for him to be a 6'1 300lbs male, MOST women will expect something larger. If he were say, 5'4 and below, it wouldn't be that big of a deal since a 2incher wouldn't look as bad on someone that short.
Body size has absolutely no correlation in that department. The scrawniest guys can outmeasure the biggest guys. You never know.
These guys are big but maybe not what people are picturing.
OP, I would use adjectives like "burly" or "brawny" to describe yourself. "Stocky" is like "stout." It's neutral at best, so it won't conjure a positive image.

Don't immediately assume 300lbs at 6'1" means "fat" ....
pretty sure that guy presses more than dumbbells at 100lb x 10 too... no need to assume anything, it's obvious!
this thread is just about riling up discussion, OP knows he's not a bodybuilder by the commonly accepted definition of the word
