What I once found odd was meeting a random guy at the gym one day we got to talking about online dating.
Turns out we had slept with a pretty solid amount of the same girls.
We got each others numbers and would ask opinions before we hung out with girls "don't do it, shes 30lbs heavier than her pics" etc...
It was weird how similar all our experiences were.. and if we met randomly can only imagine how many other similar guys there were..

Yup I know those types of women very well. Definitely not the kind you want knowing where you live and such, but hey, that's what the backseat and passenger side are for.
I've actually gone out with quite a few hot girls from dating sites and managed two girlfriends who turned out to be really good. I personally think dating in general sucks, I like being alone.. but I don't see any difference between online and meeting somewhere else.
Many do online dating now adays. Although I don't believe it's for everyone.
But for those of you whom ventured into it, did you have a good experience at all?

So I'm cruising around POF tonight browsing through the locals' pics that come up near the top at random. I click on a cute one. No kids, an atheist (! rare in my area), likes a lot of the same movies. I keep thinking, man, she's amazing. And can actually write a profile that isn't one line. I read more and can't help but think wow! Then I get to the catch. Twenty four and limits messages to men between 18 and 29. GD it.
