Girls cry when their hearts are broken, what about guys?
So what happens to us guys when our hearts are broken? Do our hearts get broken? Mine has never been and I am going for 30. As for my other few guy friends when they do get dumped they just get angry and then its over, no long grief over lost love. But then again thats just a mere handful of experiences I ve witinessed. So what does happen to most guys when their hearts are broken?

Yes men cry, I've seen it happen when their hearts were broken. Also, I've heard it takes men longer to get over a broken heart then women.

I'm a female, but I know that men cry over broken hearts and other losses in their lives. Our culture just doesn't encourage or support that type of emotion unfortunately. Crying is a completely normal behavior and response - for both of the sexes.

I think that men cry over it but they tend to do it alone when nobodys watching, whereas women are more openly emotional about it.
We all get hurt sometimes and we all need to cry.

Have any guys answered this thread question? (other then the gay one?) I'd like to know from a man's standpoint what they think about showing their vulnerability in crying Will have to keep an eye on this thread. . . good question OP!
