I remember playing "Blow the man down" in middle school. I sucked so bad I laughed. The teacher yelled at me.

I have a hard time acting normal as it is. If I had to pretend to like something it would be even worse.

And, HurricaneKid, I get all hot and bothered by men who can play piano. You should develop that skill and maybe you'll meet someone who likes it as much as I do.

I'm not that good though!

I can only play a few good songs perfectly and it takes me a while to learn each song. I'm slow.

And if I try to play by sight, I miss notes, stray out of tempo, etc.

My other musical talent is signing, but I ain't perfect there either.

...maybe I am taking a too serious approach.

We don't judge anybody in the guitar club. (Not like we post our playing on youtube, that would be a different story)

Nobody really cares if you are good or not, we just want a good time.

Don't worry about it. You don't have to be perfect.
