A French press is something I love, however I don't use enough. It really came in handy when we were without power during our nasty blizzard.
Okay, didn't even know about the differences there. Thanks!

The blade is cheap. However, consistent grounds are hardly possible. A decent one can be had for about $50. I usually find those sort of gadgets at the local hardware store and have great luck with it.

Sea, I forgot to ask the exact day, my bff's b-day is this week, Weds Jan 22, she's turning 49, so she says, I was under the impression it was her 50th, but I'm not pushing the issue, she should know better than I.

She was to have a kidney removed this month, but the date has been moved to Feb. I'll be spending a few of weeks with her then during her recovery.

For my 40th I moved out of my house and into apartment. I didn't have a big bash at all.

I am off today but not off. I am working the part time job.

What is funny is that after all that posturing the guy did they came through with hours. Also it does have to get done the 31st but I finally am getting some help becuase it is not a one person job at all. Never has been but when I worked 40+ hours a week there it was done. Now..not so much.

My dog is loving me being home today. I would LOVE to be out riding the horse but above paragraph has to come first.

My house has been sooooo quiet this weekend!

Friday night and most of Saturday it was just myself and my oldest here and my daughter is gone today and tomorrow so it's just 3 of us.

It's almost creepy quiet. lol
