I usually take my son to PF Chang's when we are on the road though.
We always wind up getting the 2 for $40 dinners
After that fiasco we won't be doing take out from there again.

But I did try Chik fil A yesterday- I was seriously disappointed.
It's very overrated...the chicken was nothing special, the presentation sucked & they put pickles on a spicy chicken sandwich.
No sauce or mayo- just dry.
Never again
As far as fast food goes I like CFA, but the spicy chicken is a disappointment. Especially since it took 4 years to develop.
I am curious as to what you expected for a presentation?

Well it was below average, in every way. People around here wait in long lines for it- it's new around here....
I was on my way home from work & was starving, gave it a shot, but shouldn't have.
As for presentation, Idk-maybe more than just a dry plain sandwich
To me Chik fil A was just like something from Burger King....just another run of the mill chicken sandwich lol

Was Chick Filet the company where the owner publicly took an anti-gay platform or am I confusing that with another chicken restaurant?

I think it attracted a lot of new business from certain groups of people.

It's fast food, so I'm not sure what your expectations were. However, if you dig a little deeper you will find the franchises are involved with the community and has a hell of a marketing machine working behind the scenes. This contributes a lot to the sucess.

lol if it wasn't for me working so many insanely long hours, plus the intense snow & cold (roads were horrendous)
I would've skipped grabbing something like that altogether- I prefer to cook
I'm not a fast food fan...

Hawk, I've never heard of that place....is it a local or national place?
