I'm sure everyone has heard this over and over about hand washing, but since I've become a near chronic hand washer and use hand sanitizer regularly I don't get sick and if I do get sick it's mild.
I only ever wash my hands after using the restroom and after grocery shopping.
The last time I remember being sick was back when we remodeled the kitchen..2009.
Couldn't tell you the last time I had a cold. I have always had a great immune system....knock wood!

Typically I would catch two sinus infections per year around the transition from warm to cold and cold to warm. Since I'm out in the public all day I figure better safe than sorry.
^^^ Without using the power of Google, I assume that's a Blue-Footed Boobie Bird?

Yes, they are quite vicious and I am considering birdnapping some of them to protect my property. I am also looking into furious spitting Llamas, Camels, and 6 foot tall angry kangaroos!
Who will risk coming onto my property when I have these odd looking vicious birds, furious camels/llamas, and 6 foot tall angry kangaroos?

My friends used to have a nickname for my blue and gold Macaw. The pterodactyl!
I swear the screeching that bird did you would think it really was a pterodactyl. One time my girl was fooling around with the Macaw and shaking keys above her head and moving them away before she could grab them. After the 2nd time the Macaw was uninterested and just stared at her. 2 seconds later it bit her toe!
And since I had her as a baby she never learned to fly! So she ran away as soon as she did this....
I can imagine 30 of these things in my room just hanging out doing their foot dance while I post on CD.
