Women love playing dress up, particularly if they have the body for it, but who is the lingerie really for? I can say that for me. lingerie is no more sexy than a generic thong and bra if a woman is in shape, but I notice it seems to make women feel sexy, which translates into more confidence in the bedroom.
Anything that is uncomfortable, wedged in your butt crack or has a high potential for a wardrobe malfunction is for the man.

Basically, if I am thinking a man will see me... then I wear it. But if I am pretty sure no one is going to see me in my undergarments, then I go for comfortable.

I personally LOVE lingerie, simply because I love fashion.
The best pieces of lingerie not only look good and enhance a specific body type, but they make a woman feel good about her sexuality.
I DO wear lingerie for myself and for my boyfriend. I just love the expression on his face when I put on a sexy piece for him. win win situation for him and for me.
If you got the body, wear some sexy lingerie. Be creative.
I think most men may like the way it looks but they'll rip it off you pretty quickly, they still rather see you naked. I have another thread going where I wrote about a guy who liked me to keep the lingerie on while we were having sex...to each his own.
That being said, I don't think guys are to fond of that old traditional long white wedding night lingerie that most girls get as gifts during the bridal shower. If you're gonna wear lingerie, keep it sexy and stick to red or black and make sure it's sheer with easy access.
