Would anyone file for divorce over this? (wife, woman, love)

I've been quite nosy on the bodybuilding forum site again and bump into this thread about a man that divorced his wife because his children turned out unappealing in appearances. Apparently the wife had undergone tons of facial plastic surgery before she met him. Maybe she should have been honest about but that seems harsh to file for divorce over that.

Apparently there are still superficial people. I feel bad for that woman. I don't think he loved her if he filed for divorce over that.
