My uncle was dating my aunt and she was extremely educated, smart, funny and really cool.

They had 1 child together. She was extremely supportive. There were well off both making respectable incomes but he cheated on her and ended up with my current aunt. I love her but man oh man is he unhappy.

From what i have seen high maintenance women also make sure there kids are well taken care of.
Despite their spending habits when it comes to kids and family they will always put them first. I come from a family of high maintenance women.

They are independent and are practically the opposite of a gold digger. They do not need a man to buy them shoes, or a car. All they ask is for is a man to at least be at there level in terms of finances and maturity.

They may be a little superficial at times but not as much as people make them out to be. Do they need to have the latest bmws or mercedes yes. Do they need a new pair of shoes every other day sure. But they will support you in ways you never dream of. When the women of my family had kids all the high maintenance stuff they were doing for the most part stopped.
I love it when a man gets it

What high maintenance for you might be not for other ppl.

I don't consider my self high maintenance woman, although I bet I am considered one for many ppl

around me just because I take more care of my self than them or other woman like most of the times.

It's seriously a subjective thing, well till you always go looking like you're always chased by paparazzi!

lol

A woman who is high maintenance in the sense that they like quality stuff is cool if they can pay for most of it themselves.

But a woman who is mentally and emotionally high maintenance is a no go.

Sure, if the benefits are greater than the cost.
