I've been hit on cougars before... I'm going to go out on a limb here and say they just want to hook up and a young guy at a bar is probably the best option for that.
Now why teachers go for their students, that's weird.
The teachers with the junior high students ... I don't even.
I am 40 and my oldest child is 17, so I see plenty of good-looking 16- to 19-year-olds. Maternal feelings squash 98% of any reaction from me. I do wonder whether women who have relationships with very young men are mothers, because it's anathema to me. Very occasionally I will catch myself staring, and then I will go home and smack myself.
With all the teacher scandals and all of those "couger" stuff, it just baffles me what on earth a 30 or 40 something year old WOMAN would want with an 18 year old kid. There are plenty of GROWN MEN that can handle the job at hand, I assure you. So whats the deal?
I'm 50 and no thank you.. I have three children, one a son 29...I would feel like a mom, besides the sex, I cannot see any real connections... But that's me...

I am not so old that I don't remember (a billion years ago), the "enthusiasm" that young men have with regard to intimacy. Once a guy gets old and has "had it" hundreds of times, the enthusiasm definitely wanes. Some women really like that, can't say I blame them, but I could never be attracted to someone who looks like a little boy but some 17 year olds look like this, you know.
