This is it. She wants to see where and how you live, if the place smells and how clean is the toilet.
Time to do some cleaning and air the place out.
This plus how big is your house? Is it new? Is it expensive? What type of furniture do you have? Where is it located at? How much does your house cost?
It is basically a check on your financial status and lifestyle.
Well, I thought these things would be obvious, so I didn't bother saying, but it's occurred to me that they may not be obvious, so...
1) She may suspect that you are married or in a relationship due to your behavior. Seeing your house will confirm your status.
2) She wants to get physical (this doesn't always mean sex, mind you) and you are taking too long to make a move and she figures that being in private will make you act.

I'm betting she's the type to look and see how clean the house is. People can clean up clutter, but if they are really a slob they typically can't hide that. Baseboards, corners, light fixtures, windowsills, behind the toilet, surfaces higher than the reach, edges around the sink...etc will tell her how clean he is. That's exactly where my eyes would go.
She's also looking to see how it's decorated to get a sense of who he is. Is he sterile, relaxed, focus on fun...etc? Your home and what you choose to put in it is a reflection of your personality. She's just checking to see if how he portrays himself to her is what he's truly like.
Just because one lives in a house doesn't mean they have equity.
I know plenty of people who have mortgaged the whole house or are upside down on their home.
She has said she wants me to show her my house, she has brought it up multiple times. But she has been hitting on my friend too. Is she trying to make me jealous or is this a good sign or just wishful thinking?
