I'm saying do you go for people that you like or are interested in, or do you go for people that you know are interested in you?

As a female, I'm not sure if I'm supposed to pursue men that like me or if I'm supposed to go after men that I like. I find that I get rejected by the men I'm interested in, but also reject the men that are interested in me.

I notice most girls/women date guys that like them, and rarely go after the guys they like.

Always go after the people YOU like.

Why would you do it any other way?

Dating people that like you, is probably the easiest way to get into a relationship without worrying about rejection...

Going after someone that I like is playing with fire. The feeling would have to be mutual, and I'd have to convince him with my woman powers, that I'm a good match for him.

.
Yeah, that is true but that is not a REASON to do it.

"Just cuz it's easy" is never the reason to do anything and very unlikely to be the route to anything worth having.

Plus, they do say to make sure a man loves you more than you love him....

Ultimately shouldn't it go both ways? They are interested in you AND you are interested in them? Not one or the other.

I prefer to date guys that I like, but it won't really work if they don't like me back.
